What we process

This website has no user accounts, forms, newsletter or analytics, and it does not set cookies.

When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records technical data needed to deliver the pages: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request (server logs).

If you write to us by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message.

Why, and on what legal basis

Server logs are processed to operate the website securely and to detect and prevent abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

E-mail correspondence is processed to answer your request, on the basis of your request itself and, where a relationship follows, the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).

Where the data is kept

The website is hosted in Türkiye by our hosting provider. Server logs stay with that provider. E-mails are handled by our corporate e-mail provider, whose servers may be located abroad; that transfer is made under the provider's contractual data-processing terms (KVKK Art. 9).

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for a short technical period (up to 30 days) and then deleted automatically.

E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for the statutory limitation periods that may apply.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask us whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, request correction or deletion, object to results produced by automated analysis and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can exercise these rights by writing to info@haker.com.tr or to the postal address above. We answer within 30 days at the latest, as the law requires.

Cookies and third-party links

haker.com.tr does not use cookies. Links to the websites of the brands we represent lead to sites operated by those companies; their own privacy notices apply there.

We may update this notice when the website or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
